How application, website, purchase and support data are handled.

Using the application

Email conversion and license import work offline. The app does not collect, store or transmit product telemetry or create reporting identities. Remote content fetching requires your explicit opt-in and contacts the relevant remote content servers.

Optional update connections

Update checks request release information; choosing Update requests the package. The update host receives standard connection metadata, including IP address and timing. These requests send no license, customer name, license or installation identifier, document contents or filesystem paths. Disabling automatic checks stops launch-time requests; explicit checks and Update still contact the host.

This website

The static site uses Cloudflare hosting. Requests expose ordinary connection information to the hosting provider. No website analytics or additional tracking are included. Paddle.js is loaded only when configured checkout is enabled; opening checkout sends holder text and selected price to Paddle.

Purchases and license email

Paddle handles checkout and payment as merchant of record. Fulfillment verifies the purchase and retains the minimum purchase, recipient, holder and original license records needed to issue and recover your file, plus delivery attempts. It does not receive your email documents or create activation records. ZeptoMail receives the recipient and license email attachment for delivery.

Support and recovery

Email support involves the information you choose to provide and ownership checks. Protected purchase and license backups support recovery. Do not include payment card details or sensitive source emails in a support request.
